I strive every day to be a warm and genuine person. I am creative, fun and authentic. I am a proud Latino. I am the first in my family to attain a higher education, earn and navigate multiple senior leadership, partner level positions in Corporate America, as well as balance the challenges of being an entrepreneur. I am blessed to have two beautiful young adult kids and I am privileged to be a father, husband and a community leader.

I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of organization development, change management consulting and coaching experience. Before establishing Your Coach Guru Inc, I worked for professional consulting firms Accenture, PwC, IBM, Korn Ferry and most recently Amazon (specifically AWS - Head of People Transformation). Giving back to my community and profession is important to me. I have had the privilege of being a past board member of the Fulfillment Fund, B.A.Y. Fund and most recently Board President of the SoCal Association Change Management Professionals chapter.

My life purpose is to make an impact for my clients and the communities I serve and along this journey leave a legacy beyond myself.

I received my training through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I earned the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Associated Certified Coach. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and ICF Los Angeles Charter Chapter.

My coaching specialties include developing your brand and executive presence, developing your resiliency, optimizing your EQ and helping you create "wins" in your role. My approach includes a blend of  “coach-sulting” a combination of coaching and business consulting.
